The location of the hotel is ideal as it is close to the road and provides a good view. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, as they went out of their way to accommodate a married couple by offering a suite for the price of a double room. The cleanliness of the rooms is remarkable and the breakfast options are great for those with western tastes.
The availability of "double bed" rooms facing the road could be improved.

Great staff and breakfast was satisfying for western palates. The room was suprisingly clean. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants.
The room we got did not match what we asked for. We were expecting a room facing the road, but instead it was located at the back of the building.

We had a lovely weekend away and the service was top-notch. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay, offering us a suite when they could not provide us with a double room facing the road. This also included breakfast, which was on point in terms of Western tastes. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the value for money was great.
We were not given a room facing the front of the hotel, which made for a less than ideal view. We also found that the location was not as convenient as we would have liked, with a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station.
